The valuation is free if you put the sale in our hands, as our professional valuation forms the basis for a successful sale. If a sale is not imminent, we charge a contribution of CHF 450 plus VAT for our services. If you nevertheless commission us at a later date to sell the property, we will refund this amount in full (loyalty bonus).
