Team Lindenberger is striking out on its own
From 2005 to June 30, 2019 After 14 years of membership in the RE/MAX real estate network (franchise system) with locations in Binningen and Oberwil, the Lindenberger team went its own way as Team Lindenberger Immobilien from July 1, 2019. Company succession within the family The family business was founded in 2005 by Rosmarie Lindenberger, then as a sole proprietorship. When her son, Tim Lindenberger, joined the family business in 2010, it was a breath of fresh air. The “Team Lindenberger”, initially a mother-son team, picked up speed and earned an excellent reputation in the Basel region. Together with his partner, Jannika Jätzold, Tim Lindenberger has successfully led the family business as managing director for several years. The services were expanded, the work processes were optimized and sales increased year after year. Rosmarie Lindenberger also formally handed over the company to her son and is now enjoying her well-deserved retirement. She is extremely proud of what she has achieved and continued existence in the second generation.
From October 1, 2020 to today
In the first year, with the omnipresent pandemic, people boldly invested in the future. The new company headquarters in Therwil, in a convenient location, was moved into. Thanks to the most modern infrastructure, the Lindenberger team has a contemporary, representative real estate shop. To this day, the team is growing at certain points and the emphasis continues to be placed on long-standing, industry-experienced, highly trained employees who have specialized in real estate sales. The high demands that Tim Lindenberger places on his employees are dynamically implemented in today's team composition and together as a team we reach our best.
