Our all-inclusive package

The following services are always included in the broker mandate. You only pay a percentage fee in the event of success. During the contract period, the client will not be charged any marketing or ancillary costs.

  • Preparation of building files relevant for the sale
  • Preparation of floor plans
  • Creation of internet portal advertisements (including: Immoscoute24.ch, homegate.ch or comparis.ch)
  • Creation of sales documentation
  • Window display in the real estate shop
  • Database comparison with existing search customers
  • Data comparison with network partners (banks, reallocation (expats), architects, investors)
  • Property advertisement in in-house real estate magazine (sent to all households in the region)
  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
  • Standard "for sale" sign (if desired by the client)
  • Processing and qualifying property queries
  • Organising and conducting property viewings
  • Regular reporting
  • Price negotiations with prospective buyers
  • Bank clarification of the buyer (written proof of financing)
  • Support for buyers through our financing partners
  • Creating reservation agreement with buyers
  • Registration with the notary for creation of the draft purchase contract
  • Organisation of and accompaniment of both contractual parties to the notary appointment
  • Upon request, we support sellers and buyers with moving, clearing, cleaning and handover
  • Upon request, we can provide the best craftsmen for your renovation or conversion / construction

Duration

The contract duration is 6 months. The contracting parties can, however, terminate the brokerage contract at any time with immediate effect by means of written notice (by email or registered letter). No costs are incurred by the client in the event of termination.

Success fee (broker's fee)

We offer an individual and customary success fee (broker fee), depending on the sale price of the property. The success fee is only due after successful certification of the purchase contract with the notary.
